Ms. Minge’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and insurance defense, with an emphasis on defending individuals, businesses, and insurers in cases involving workers’ compensation, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, and other types of personal injury claims. Ms. Minge also assists individual clients in the areas of wills and probate of estates. She has been an associate with the firm’s Knoxville office for eight years. Prior to working at the firm, Ms. Minge worked in-house with the FBI in Washington D.C. and in-house with a government contractor in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, and participated in Advocacy Clinic through UT College of Law.
Ms. Minge obtained her law degree with an Advocacy Concentration from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2009, cum laude, where she also held leadership roles as VP of Student Bar Association and President of Criminal Law Society, among others. Ms. Minge received her Bachelor of Sciences in Criminal Justice and Criminology, with a minor in Legal Studies, summa cum laude, from East Tennessee State University in 2006, where she received a certificate of academic excellence and was named to “Who’s Who Among American Colleges and Universities.” Originally from Minnesota, Ms. Minge considers East Tennessee home. She currently resides in Louisville, Tennessee with her husband, Alex, and their sons, Anderson and Asher.
