Mr. Godbold is an associate in the Chattanooga office whose practice primarily focuses on general civil litigation.
At law school, Mr. Godbold was the Mock Trial Champion and Served as a Bar Governor for the Student Bar Association. He also served as the Vice-President of the student chapter of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association.
Mr. Godbold is a Chattanooga native and a 2004 graduate of Baylor School. He is an avid aviator, having obtained his private pilot license at the age of 17. Today, he holds a commercial pilot license, instrument rating, and flight instructor certificate. Mr. Godbold also flies competitive aerobatics at contests throughout the Southeast.
