Kaley Pennington Bell is an Associate located in the firm's Nashville office. Before joining the Firm, Ms. Bell received her J.D. and an entertainment law certification from Belmont University College of Law in 2014, as a member of Belmont University College of Law's Charter Class. At Belmont, she served as an executive board member for the Belmont Legal Aid Society earning her the Law Student for Justice award in 2014. Kaley co-founded the Belmont Women Law Students' Organization where she served as Vice President in 2013 and President in 2014. Kaley was also a member of the Belmont Entertainment Law Society and served on the Student Recruitment Committee. During law school, she had the opportunity to intern as a Legal Clerk for Adams and Reese LLP in their Music Row Office, and as a Legal Clerk for Volunteer Lawyers and Professionals for the Arts. After being admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2014, Kaley served as Staff Counsel for Western Express, Inc., a transportation corporation headquartered in Nashville, TN. Kaley currently focuses her practice in the areas of transportation law, entertainment law, employment law, premises liability, motor vehicle liability and general liability.
Before attending law school, Kaley graduated magna cum laude from The University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she served on the Executive Committee for Phi Mu Fraternity, and participated in the 2010 Tennessee Intercollegiate State Legislature as a representative for the University of Tennessee.
In her spare time, Kaley enjoys waterskiing on Kentucky Lake, kickboxing and spending time with her husband, Zach, and their dogs, Gracie and Paisley.
